After Johannesburg in 2001, then Nairobi in 2003, the 3^rd Pan African Consultative Forum on Corporate Governance will be organized in Dakar, Republic of Senegal on the 8-10 November 2005, under the Distinguished Patronage of His Excellency Mr. Abdoulaye WADE, President of the Republic of Senegal.

 This Forum will be organized by these institutions:

-                      Global Corporate Governance Forum (World Bank Group and OCDE)

-                      Centre for International Private Entreprise (CIPE – Washington)

-                      Centre for Corporate Governance (CCG-Nairobi)

-                      Banque Africaine de Développement (BAD)

-                      West African Bankers’ Association (WABA)

-                      New Partnership For Africa’s Development (NEPAD)

 The main themes of the Forum are as follows:

1         Good Governance in the Banking System

2        Good Governance in the public Sectors

3        The Responsibilities of the owners in the promotion of good governance

4        Good Governance in the Small and Medium Scale Enterprises and Cooperatives.
